Refund Policy
We have a no return policy, unless item is defective or misprinted. Due to the nature of custom printed apparel and promotional items, we can not accept returns or exchanges of ANY items unless the merchandise is misprinted or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at info@royaltees-shop.com. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

​Damage/Issues​

If your items are misprinted or defective in any way, please contact us at info@royaltees-shop.com within 3 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized and promotional items).and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

​Exchanges​

If you opt for an exchange (excluding custom items), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
